Dr. Toiya Gulley is your 3rd through 5th Grade Reading/Social Studies administrator. She comes to Whidby with experience in all grade levels (Elementary, Middle, and High School). She is a proud mother of one beautiful daughter, Thompsen. She is a graduate of Grambling State University and Prairie View A&M University. This year is her 21st year in education. She believes that all children can achieve, and is here to assist with your child's phenomenal achievement this year!
